Things I have done to my fingertips

Things I have done to my fingers in the last two weeks:

1. Jammed something into the quick under my right thumbnail, drawing blood.
2. Slammed a can opener, in the process of dropping it, into the back of my left middle finger, drawing blood and raising a welt.
3. Raised a blister on the pad of my right ring finger when it poked through a hole in a potholder and touched a 525° pizza stone.
4. Jammed a sliver of my wallet into the quick under my right middle fingernail, drawing blood.
5. Sliced an inch-and-a-half-long shallow cut across the pads of my right index and middle fingers while twisting off an olive oil cap with surprisingly sharp metal protrusions (ironically part of the tamper-proof safety ring).
6. Immediately after #5, juiced a lime, like a dumbass.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to wear gloves forever.

My preliminary Arisia schedule

My preliminary Arisia schedule, beginning this Friday: ( Cut 'cos it's mostly only interesting to me. )

Hm. That's a lot of question marks.

The big conflict, for me, is that Joel Hodgson and Trace Beaulieu decided to show up at MIT on Saturday evening (!!!), so I'll be trekking down there in the cold for a few hours instead of attending the Masquerade. With luck, I'll be back in time to see the awards given out.
