ailiathena, whose cherry tomato confit recipe was selected as the winner of the "What should I do with these bucketsful of cherry tomatoes my stupid cherry tomato bush is producing?" contest. It was extremely delicious as a pizza topping in conjunction with ricotta, fresh basil, and shredded romano. Secondary congratulations go to tapas, who won the "What should I put on the leftover pizza dough?" contest with her contribution of three delicious salsas as hausguestgelt—over a very thin crust, I grated cheddar cheese, then added dollops of red and green salsa to make a cheesy crispita. Yummy!
