From my mad google skills, I'd guess that # 19 is a Julian Cope song, possibly called "Western Front 1992 CE". As for # 10, Unless it's "A Pirate Looks at Forty", which I doubt it is, I don't know. It's the first line? Evidently there's a Bob Mould song that starts 'You've seen it all before', but that's not what you're looking for, either.

And I can't believe I missed # 11, which I just listened to recently.

I give myself full credit for this quiz, since I got right the only one I've ever heard before. (#3, heard in the filk room at Lunacon a few weeks ago.) I've heard of some of these artists, at least.....
