I'm not sure what the distinction is, but there's a half-inch vertical cut between my eyebrows that was bleeding a fair bit before I bandaged it.

(I guess it's still bleeding, since I now have a mini Japanese flag taped to my forehead. Glad it's not WWII.)

You might want to see a doctor about that if it doesn't stop bleeding soon. Either that, or look into a heavier-duty bandage that can actually hold it closed rather than just soak up the mess.
