Pizza with bresaola, walnuts, and arugula

Homemade pizza dough with bresaola (Italian dried beef), mozzarella, walnuts, arugula, and parmesan, drizzled with a balsamic reduction sweetened with palm sugar. On the side are an anchovy and butter crescent with toasted parmesan and an iberico cheese twist with kosher salt and strawberry-rhubarb-plum preserves.

Yes, it was that good.

It's just an ounce of pizza dough wrapped around two rinsed anchovy fillets and a pat of butter. Roll it up, seal the cracks, top with grated parmesan, and put in a 490° oven for seven minutes or so.
